Shipping Charges are AED 9.00 and free Shipping for orders above AED 200.
Should there be any delay due to any given reason, you will be informed via phone or email regarding status of shipment.
Upon placing an order, you will receive an email from our Customer Service to ensure order accuracy. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be sent to our warehouse for shipment.
How long will my order take to arrive?

Which courier will deliver the order?
'DHL' will deliver online orders in UAE.
What Happens If I'm Not At Home When The Order Is Delivered?
If you are not home when the order is delivered, the courier will either drop the parcel at your door step or leave an information card for further contact.
Who Will Pay Customs, Duties and Taxes?
No customs and duties will be charged on orders in United Arab Emirates.
The price of a product includes VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rate chargeable in UAE. However, if the rate of VAT changes between the date of your order and the date of delivery, we will adjust the VAT you pay, unless you have already paid for the products in full before the change in VAT takes effect.
